Happy New Year Bob and Dianne! Went to the Casino last night for dinner (yum) to celebrate Sheldon's 75th birthday. thought about munching myrtle. Had a group of 8 and met our friends of 10 there. Sheldon won and then lost and "said" he won a little. Everyone else lost--surprise??? Place was packed. We were given hats and beads. It was a good thing we left at 10 p.m.; hundreds were in line trying to get into the casino. We had a very hard time getting out!!! Wow! I thought our economy was bad; well, not in Detroit!!! Ended up at our house. Bed 3 a.m. I am too old for this!!!! Love, Bonnie
Please wish Sheldon a belated Happy Birthday for us. He sure doesn't look (or act) 75! Harvey is waiting to play golf with him in Arizona - will have to wait until February I guess.

Hi, I love the honesty you offer in your blog. It's sad at times but I can see it allows you to reflect and accept the hand you have been dealt. You get to analyze life this way even though, at times it isn't the greatest hand. As a matter of fact it's LOUSY!!! I so admire your stamina Dianne, you are an incredible woman. Do NOT feel bad about the "Break down" days, if anyone is entitled to them, it's you! You have so many people praying for you so I say, wear those pink pants proudly and dance in them.
